Description
Nine children and their parents find "the most precious gifts are those that come from the heart one snowy Christmas in the coal-mining town of Benham, Kentucky." This fictionalized account is based on a "true, tender, and wholly unforgettable tale, compiled from the collective "family members' recollections" by two of the Cole family, including the youngest surviving member of the original nine Cole family children of a special Christmas when Hazel's father worked as a coal miner.
